I remember the channels used to allow some pussy flashing later at night, with offenders such as Jada etc and now it doesn't happen at all, except for the odd slip. WHY, WHY?

Ofcom happened.

Apparently, speky, flashing the gash at midnight would likely cause any grannies watching to have heart attacks and any children watching to, erm, well, we don't really know but, whatever it might do to kids Ofcom are absolutely certain it can't be allowed to happen (even if its nothing at all).

I know some people who react to the sight of spiders or snakes on TV much the same as some sheltered dears do when they see naked ladies on TV. Disgusted they are. Horrified and shocked. Odd though, we don't ban nature programmes (that appeal to millions of people) just because the content 'harms and offends' some in the audience who don't seem to be able to control their irrational phobias and feelings. But I am absolutely convinced that all this 'moral' panic over the supposed 'harm and offence' that pornographic imagery seems to provoke in fuddy-duddy Brits all stems from a totally irrational phobia.

As I said elsewhere on this forum, I've seen literally thousands of images of hundreds of naked ladies and never once felt offended, shocked or disturbed. But then I'm a rational sort of guy, not given to beliefs in religious mumbo jumbo and thoughts of moral 'corruption and depravity'. In fact, I like getting naked with other people on beaches. I like sex too. Indeed, I like to be turned on by sexy girls (and oddly enough that doesn't seem to happen when you're with lots of other naked people on the beach). And of course the really wierd thing is, those folks that get naked on beaches don't seem to worry that their kids can see everyone's naughty bits - so, exactly what it is that Ofcom believe flashing the gash will do to kids isn't at all clear to me nor, I dare say, to the thousands of other people of all ages, shapes and sizes that like to get naked on holiday.

Of course there are some pussies I'd rather not see - mainly those that are Ofcom.
