ch 960

See there's a new channel started last week (chat back 960)
so why is it they never actually broadcast anything? Think they've had a night time show (and not a very good one )on for the last couple of nights but no daytime show.
Anyone know anything?

Watching over a 24hr period , the girl that was on from 9.30pm last night(and did not show much) was on today at approx 12 till 4(pm) and then there was the same girl(with the raven smile)that was on at 6pm last nite till 9.15 (and still in the same dress (probably recoreded) , and now 26/11/08, 11.08 pm there is a cute blonde down to her "kecks" better than the previuos nite and hopefully going to show a lot more than last nite.
