There has not been an Ofcom warning for an accidental slip on daytime.
The daytime channels have been slapped on the wrist for "Thrusting buttocks, spreading legs, simulating masturbation with the heel of a shoe, caressing in a sexual fashion, touching the crotch area". The recent upheld complaint against Party People was due to the Girl pulling her panties down while lying in a side-on profile. Ofcom have taken issue with the type of clothing worn, but no upheld complaints for an accidental slip. (yet).
But if the channels were that bothered about slippage, wouldn't they invest in a roll of this?:
30 feet of tape for £5.00

Right. Unfortunately, not all slips are accidental and it's really not uncommon to get a straight up flash or two some days. In the past week alone I've caught several that were anything but accidental and even a V slip or two in recent times which could have been avoided.
So what happens when these not-so-accidental "slips" start getting attention?
The problem is if you start putting them all together it becomes quite apparent that there's a fair few occurring because of more than simple chance.. and that is enough to cause trouble.
Then you've got the inevitable forums issues. The mods removing caps after encouraging them. The complaints about cap removal. The mods complaining about complaints about cap removals.. yadda, yadda, yadda.
Anyway, I'm out. Roll on the inevitable.

I've seen them try. Fun fact - It's a good thing to keep an eye out for if you're hoping for a slip.. it's actually been the cause of quite a few due to increased costume faffing and adjusting.
