Get Fit At Home

Some of us who enjoy the babe channels may well be a bit unfit and (like me) too skint to join a gym so I thought I would start a thread where anyone could share tips on how to get fit in the comfort of your own home.
Tip number 1 : YouTube.
There are plenty of video's on youtube showing quick and easy workouts,here's a twist on push-ups that will certainly burn off a few calories.



PS. It helps if you actually DO the exercise and not just stare at the instructor,apparently.
