I'm pretty sure they said while they were working on PlayTVChat.com, that the harder site would be an additional one to it. I'll have look back to confirm that. Could be all pie in the sky now.

The conversation I had with redlightcentral was before they had a playboy broadcast. I assumed playboytvchat.com was the newer "explicit" version he/she was referring to.
