For the 1st time ever i tried the top 2 stream options last night (HD etc) & all i got was a frozen screen every few seconds.

Does it do that all the time or was last night a 1 of??

Hi Tintin the HD stream depends on your internet connection and computer, if the HD is to powerful you can drop down to High or Medium stream quality

I'm using a win 8 laptop & i have sky Fibre 40mb download & 9 upload so all is good at my end. i was using google chrome with 1 tab = Shebang. If the prob is with me what other browser will i try?

Is any 1 else having probs with the HD & HIGH vid options if not what browsers are you using?
