Exactly 50 years old at 12.00 noon today and still on the air http://www.radiocaroline.co.uk

I used tolove listening to Caroline..

The reception was poor, but it was the only channel which used to broadcast pop music at night

but to think 50 years ago people had to break the law to get to play popular music and without the pirates there would be no Radio one or Commercial Stations

have to admit the kids of today have it so easy
