Dream Celebrity Date - Who and Why?

If you could spend a date with any celebrity in the world (presently alive only) who would you choose and why?

My choice would be tennis player Elina Svitolina assuming her husband Gael Monfils would be ok for me to borrow her for an evening .

I am keen to understand the psychology of sport at the highest level with any extra burdens and issues that one may face.
Being from Ukraine as she is and having family and friends back home it would be interesting to talk with her about the effect on her life from the war and on her tennis too.
Would also be fascinating to see what married life with a fellow tennis player is like and how motherhood has affected her life too.
And of course she is rather beautiful so would make for lovely company in that regard too .
