Marianne Faithfull - RIP

Gutted to find out that singer and actress Marianne Faithfull has died at the age of 78

Mick Jagger wrote: “I am so saddened to hear of the death of Marianne Faithfull. She was so much part of my life for so long. Jagger and Richards wrote her first single As Tears Go By.

Really sad news...
She simply was one of the best and I am sure many females artists were influenced by her and she and Janis Joplin paved the way for female artists to break through assolo artists in their own right.

RIP Marianne and thank you for wonderful music.

Sad news. Hopefully she's on that motorcycle in Heaven now. RIP.
