Vey sad news was a brilliantly funny series I'm sure Yootha will be waiting for him. They were one of TV's most unlikely tv couples but both were brilliantly portrayed.

Condolences to all concerned.

The thing about these old comedy shows, is that any remake of them now would come under some scrutiny in many areas but it's finding the right actors/actresses to play the parts to make it work is just as hard. But it's different decade now altogether and bringing them up to date would be a reall challenge for any writer.
