It's telling me I need to top up £10 every 30 days or be a vip member I have lot of credits on stock there just not used them for a few weeks. I won't be using them again either I will fire off an email and ask for my money back or complaint to ofcom. Its not on and no wonder all the sites are going down hill at a fast rate now, the days are numbered I am afraid.
I've been told if any customer has 500 credits in there account then the topping up a tenner for 30 day or going to VIP will never have to do this
Cheers Tiny Giant
I have had nothing back from vuecall and not expecting anything if I am honest they will drive custom away and I will find a way of using these credits andcyhen cutting ties with them for good. I find it quite incredible that these companies treat customers this bad as there services us is clearly on a downward slope. The output is getting poorer picture quality and the girls are getting very restricted in performances. Too many now only have tip of the head or a leg or knee shot and demand a vibrate/tip for anything extra or perverted can with restricted views.
It's becoming less attractive almost daily

I think many of us agree that this is very sharp practice and alienates good customers.
I wondered if is it legal even, but I suspect it is because you have purchased credits. The purchase is completed therefore they are not holding your actual money hostage.
"Ahh" I hear you say, "but they are holding my credits hostage! Isn't that like buying something click and collect then being charged at the door of the collection point to actually pick it up if I didn't collect it for over a month?".
Well I would agree, it is analogous, and absolutely rotten, but the collection point could justifiably say "we have had to store this item for over a month at our expense and risk, so there is a release fee to cover that and dissuade you from being late again!".
I suspect there is some small print somewhere on S66 or ScamCall whatever, saying the purchaser of credits accepts these terms.
