I wonder what the training is like on Xpanded? The cheapness of the calls means the volumes are higher,so the babes are dealing with more punters,hopefully building up their experience. And although their turnover is high,many of their ex babes are flourishing elsewhere.

You have to ask the question, 'Do the babes get paid too much' ?

The babes get lots of publicity from the shows. From this fan base that they establish, it makes their earning ability from web streaming / magazines / websites / merchandise.

Or do you have to pay the top wages to get the best girls

The more veteren performers had the advantage of establishing their fanbases in the good old days of the channels letting them perform really hot shows. No pervcam too. The newer babes have it more harder now, with all the restrictions now.

I agree that there are those that are naturals, but there are only a few with such talent from the outset. Guidance and training in both visual skills (posing, positioning, movement, expression) and phone/mic would help those that are not the finished article.

Even Messi and Ronaldo train and receive coaching. I too have trained mistresses over the years to dress, comport and behave more erotically, with excellent results.

Yes I tend to agree with that.
On screen presence, natural horniness and eroticism are not things that can be taught easily imo. I suspect a lot of it is down to self confidence.
When the confidence grows the ambition levels go up as does the instinctive horniness. For some babes it is a longer process than others.
Of course knowing the rules in terms of what can and can't be done is important but to engage the viewer enough to want to call (from my perspective at least) there needs to be something in my head that says 'Ooh yeah she looks well up for it' or 'Mmmmm I think I can encourage her to be very naughty'.
For me that comes primarily through the babe genuinely enjoying what she is doing rather than looking distant and miserable. If a babe just sits or lies down with a relatively gormless facial expression then it feels about as horny as two turds in a toilet. If on the other hand they are oozing confidence, enthusiasm and looking fearfully horny and ready to rock it really shows.
That magic is either there naturally or it isn't but it is confidence levels that determine that natural filth that can manifest the most memorable stints imo.

This is all very true but there is a question of how that confidence can be nurtured in some during the vital formative shows. A babe's make or break moments are often contained in those first three or four shows for me. She either convinces the screen that she has what it takes to stick around or she doesn't. More help couldn't fail to help empower the right kind of presentation and subsequent confidence during this period surely.

The channels look instead as if they often take a simple sink or swim attitude to the newbie babe. It is very much up to the girl to prove their worth to the operator.

Then if a babe seems to have potential, and she is lucky, she may get the sort of off-screen coaching that we have glimpsed being given to someone like Lola. (She came straight to my mind too KA... Maybe it's easier to let another operator be a 'feeder' in that way?!)

I just wonder if you asked the new babes that have fallen by the wayside in recent months if they could have done with more assistance starting out what they would say about it?

Yes this is a very interesting point .
For all the division that she appears to create Kerrie Lee hit BS with a remorseless, fearless dynamism. She is quite a character like or loathe - take your pick but she hit BS with enormous force of will.
I remember Yasmine James doing something similar when she commenced an extended time doing nightshows on RLC.
Then I look at someone like Brooke Lea who took a smidgen longer to really hit the heights at S66 but has blossomed into an exquisite performer.
And now Nicole on BS after her move from Xpanded.
After a few months of settling in quite nicely she really cut loose last night.
Maybe time at Xpanded was a good learning curve for the likes of Nicole, Kerrie, Yasmine etc in respect of subsequent channel moves.

It is interesting to think about how the feel of one channel might be different to another and whether the culture of a channel can inspire or hinder.
Also interesting to reflect on how some of the more established babes may be affected by the new talent on the scene.
Are they inspired or intimidated or neither?

The rise in quality of performances by the likes of Ashley and Alice for example.
Has that in any way been pushed along by the new talent emergence?

interesting reading above, a few of my thoughts,

i think the biggest problem we have today is that there are no small independent channels anymore where the girls can go to learn and get good where the pressure is not on them,

its interesting seeing snookered147 talk about Yasmine being a star from the off at RLC and taking it like Kerrie has at bs because she didn't,
when she started she was a failure who gt the sack for low call stats but she was lucky in that she got a job at XP where she learned the shows and came back to RLC 6 months later and became a super star,

this makes my point perfectly girls use to have a safety net when starting out as if it didn't work out they could go somewhere else get good and work there way back up, today most just fall out of the babeshows all together as there is no way to get back in,

we need more channels like XP who don't expect girls to be stars from day one,
i have heard of girls getting criticized after 3 shows for not matching the girl on the next bed who has 10 years on the shows call stat wise, that needs to stop,

we need more girls to get what Lola had time, its like she was in a different universe to everyone else as i cant think of another girl in the last 5 years who has been given 12 months on a main channel to get good,
really hope 66 she what they have done with her and dont pull the trigger so fast in the future,

As to the first, this is surely dependent on the babe in question, predicated on personality, character, and on her own personal judgement of current job secruity. Any inspired or intimidated reaction could then affect what we see of her doing her job or aspects of her relationships with her co-workers, just as these sorts of pressures affect many other workplaces.

Pressures (of many varying kinds) sometimes undoubtedly result in changes like ones we have seen with Alice and Ashley. (I'm not saying these were definately pressurised changes in these case of course - we are highly unlikely to ever get a full objective account of such things.) But the point is positive changes are not always brought about by positive factors.

Though, for me, these two babes doing the same kind of stepping up to the plate as it were, at the same time, is quite suggestive of some kind of commercial pressure being behind the change. I wouldn't put it stronger than that.

These questions you raise are fascinating ones.

Then there is the other question - just how much does it take cash wise to get a new station established? I would expect it must take more than probably £500,000 maybe a little more
I think sin TV would still be here had they made sure their cash flow worked a whole heap better than it actually did and they ensure the girls were paid I bet some girls are still owed cash from that debacle
