The quality of the TV feeds on the web is utter garbage, even more so than usual, its like its 270p feed being stretched to 720p

Yes, I have noticed that as well, on the tv too . I'm able to somewhat improve the quality on- line by clicking in the bottom right corner of the screen to change reception from auto to HD. But am getting a lot of buffering also.
