Elite TV / Studio 66 - General Chat & Discussion

The current crisis is over. I say again the current crisis is over. I am now receiving Elite TV. I had to dig around in the Documents and Settings folder to get it fixed.

Are there any channels using that rate on Astra 28.2 or have you got a motorised dish? I might have a fiddle about with mine if there is anything more I can get from Astra 28.2!

No your not missing much Dreamlander. Astra 28.2 and Eurobird 28.5 are UK satellites now and almost everthing is for the SKY Digital and FREESAT networks. We used to get some channels for Eastern Europe on Eurobird but these are long gone now. Back in 2005 we got Eurotic TV which had a symbol rate of 5187 so the SKY boxes couldn't pick it up. The only other channels you get just now are some news feeds for German TV but they hardly ever broadcast anything.

I'm installing an 80cm fixed dish with an Astra / Hotbird monoblock so i can start watching TV from continental europe. I recently bought a Comag HD twin CI satellite receiver so even more reason to install the dish now.

I'm glad you got it fixed Leg Love. Strange that the Elite frequency wasn't covered in a general scan - perhaps it's just living up to its name!

Thanks DD. The Eurobird 28.5 file didn't have 12643 in the list. So i had to add it then did a channel scan and there it was.

If you haven't got a 'card' for your receiver there isn't much on FTA Astra 19 and Hotbird 13 these days! Astra has EuroticTV which is good for 'girl next door' types and Point X which is a little harder but not explicit and Red Night TV has stopped broadcasting which is a shame because it was the best.Sexysat 1 is on too which has brief,naked 'legs apart' stuff! Hotbird FTA sucks at the moment since the Italian government clamped down on all the porn channels that had phone services,probably something to do with Sky which is huge over there! It's just prerecorded,censored stuff with phone numbers all over the screen and awful picture quality.I don't have any cards because hardcore porn bores me (un)rigid! I removed my Monobloc so I could get a stronger signal from Astra 19 during heavy rain which we get a lot of in the South West! I have an 80cm dish and to get the best signal from 19 and 13 you have to fiddle with the angle of the LNB in the cradle which cuts the signal of some of the weaker channels on both satellites,which is odd because where I live I get a signal nearly as strong as mainland Europe! Severely off topic,sorry everyone!
Just re read your reply and you mention CI slots so you will probably get a card and not need to watch the poor FTA stuff !

Firstly thanks to Normal Norm for making the effort on here.
Some or most of what I say may be repeating what people have said earlier in this thread. The channel has certainly hit the ground running, unlike other new channels which look cheap and dirty. The quality of the babes is very good, as a request I would like to see more naturaly breasted girls, both large and small, although I generally don't have a problem with enhanced breasts, except 'comedy tits'!
The clear stairs suggestion really got me watering at the mouth. different camera angles are definatly a move in the right direction, as opposed to the 'static' or 'static with zoom' view. When babestation do different angles, eg looking up at the girl etc, it really does it for me.
As for suggestions of babes I would like to see on the channel, i'm going to suggest two who have not been on our screens for a while, so i've got small hope of seeing them. Lymara and Asia. Also maybe try and bring in some fresh faces, maybe glamour models etc. Mightent be a bad idea to see some older models/porn stars every once in a while, possibly Theresa May or Adele Stephens.

I'll still have the minidish installed for the UK babe channels. If i took that down i would miss Vikki T, Dani T, Dani H and all the rest of them. Just want to install astra / hotbird to watch ordinary channels like RTL and stuff. I know the daytime babe channels on these satellite's ain't that great compared to the UK ones.

Also according to the guys at Wotsat an 80cm dish for Astra ? Hotbird is recommended if you live in Scotland / Northern England. So u should get a really strong signal if your living down south. [/quote]

Hi Norm,liking the new channel so far,my 1 request with sounding like a complete perv would be a return of the babes spitting on their boobs,I cant understand why (I assume ofcom) put a stop to this,girls like dani o neal and tiffany on babestation used to do all the time b4 and I have to say I miss it,keep up the good work
