It makes sense, he was targeted the way he was due to who he is, not what he'd done, anyone else wouldn't have faced what he has. Actual witch hunt.
Not a good look for Biden of course, seeing as he did say he wouldn't get involved, but considering what's playing out and who's being chosen for roles, probably wise.

Trump can now pardon all those jailed for the riots on Capitol Hill.

He was going to do it anyway but he can use Biden's pardoning of his son as a precedent.

Not that it matters to the convicted criminal or his followers, but a drug addict breaking the law vs intentional insurrection by idiots are not the same thing.

Trump planning to surround himself with family, loyalists and conspiracy theorists is not at all worrying. Fun times ahead.

I doubt he'd have done it if Harris had won. He probably just doesn't give a shit now.

Totally agree - they are entirely different.

I'd not be surprised if he only meets Keir Starmer just the once, or is there a possibility he'd either face arrest or being banned from entering Britain given his convictions?

I reckon Elon Musk will cause so much havoc in the US Government, it will take them 10 years unravelling any of HIS mess after Trump leaves office.
