into the worst of the desert, a rather gruesome throat-slitting, and the evidence that either this or the previous one was shot whilst 9/11 was happening, and in one of the few places where it made no impact.

Not sure why this got such poor reviews after, it's not that bad. Some unintentional comedy as he goes through Libya wondering why it's so quiet all of a sudden, and then talks about Life of Brian in Tunisia.

I gather that repeats of his Himalaya series start next week, which is good news.
