I think its about being clever. As long as the girl knows nothing of it she cant get in trouble for it. If its filthy chat you are after then there is nighttime. Daytime is not for everyone. It is a flirty show not dirty and thats how its advertised in the graphics. Its cheeky yeah and sometimes little suggestion is there. But ulimately its daytime chat, and with the pp and bs girls they do try to find the right balance so you dont always have to call up and talk about something dull, thye will lead the call and you can listen with little imput if you want, but if its blatant (and ofcom listening in would suspect it) then the girl has to read the rights and the call has to end.
Its not to everyones taste, and daytime is a very hard market as its not sex so its never going to be the most thriving business and nor is everyone going to like it.
It is a job afterall and the program makers are just doing there jobs. As the old saying goes.. If you dont like it dont touch it
