So I have a few Rangers supporting mates. ( well they're not real Rangers fans. They're the type that give it big licks when they're winning titles but are really from Edinburgh and have never seen Ibrox in their life) Anyway, they've been a bit more vocal for the first time this season. Cracking jokes at Celtic. One of my Rangers supporting mates on facebook even taking it upon himself to call Neil Lennon a "fenian bastard" whilst pissing himself at Celtic's loss.

Now I have no problems with footballing rivalry. I'm a Hibs fan. And being a Hibs fan I've had to take a lot of stick from our rivals lol....Another grand effort today Hibs, jolly well done. But I can honestly say "fenian bastard" goes beyond footballing banter. For Rangers fans it seems this is all part of footballing rivalry.

THIS is why everyone hates Rangers. And THIS is why nobody will miss them if/when they fall off the face of the planet.

will be interesting to see if Jim Jeffries can turn Dunfermline Athletic around!

Kilmarnock winning the League Cup was great for Scottish football, they were magnificant from start to finish, sure Celtic had an off day but that should not discredit Kilmarnock in any way. Celtic are a good team at the moment and seem to win even when they have played badly, here's hoping that either Motherwell, Aberdeen, Hibernian, St Mirren or Hearts win the Scottish Cup as it just gives the whole game a lift, my own team too beat the mighty Glasgow Rangers at the weekend and walked off the pitch having also played badly, the laughable thing is the Dundee United player's were gutted despite winning, just how bad have Rangers now become

it was inevitable but today is the day!

Scottish Football... Is in a bad way! I grew up in the 1970s with strong Old Firm teams as well as competition from Aberdeen and Dundee United. Things must prove or title wins by this margin will become meaningless

East Stirlingshire are gonna finish last this season Oh well, we had fun, and we got above 20 points, which was nice.

Oh, and it's an all-Edinburgh FA Cup Final
