Went for a steady 20K bike ride at 5am, it was 20 degrees, but felt more like 10. Enjoyed some long overdue exercise, after 2 days spent mainly indoors. It also got rid of thumping headache.

Freeview tv signal has been badly disrupted for the last couple of days, the picture looks like something out of Minecraft. Which isn't ideal for babeshows.
Seems to be an effect of high pressure. Not quite as bad today thankfully.

^TV Signals have always been affected by "Atmospheric Conditions" but Digital is fucking hopeless. Even Bin Lid TV only falls over in a heavy snowstorm if it's correctly installed.

Too bloody warm the thermometer thingy downstairs says 27.3c god knows what's it's upstairs but certainly a lot higher horrible when your reach halfway up the stairs lol.
