Judd Trump has pleasantly surprised me with quality of commentary and punditry as well as taking his QF defeat with good grace.

The phrase that came back to me as Selby crept back ahead at the end of his match was "winning ugly". I seem to think it was something he did in one of his previous World Finals too. I was also reminded of that Ebdon-O'Sullivan match where Ebdon slowed it down to a glacial level and Ronnie got progressively narked about it.

This match is done imo now.
Selby wins.

He is unplayable on the 2nd day of Crucible finals. Murphy needed a big lead.
From behind he stands next to no chance imo.
In truth Selby has been toying with his opponent all evening.
Strangling the snooker life out of his opponent and cleaning up time after time.

Its over.

Some excellent tactical play from Selby in tonight's session. Murphy barely had a sniff at a shot. I'm also loving Stephen Hendry's descriptions of Selby during the tournament, he's delighted to not be playing anymore for fear of coming up against him and having the life drained out of him
