Yeah, the way I see it, that's your main selling point, along with the platform you're broadcasting on.

I think you'll find both those selling points significantly decrease over time though.

...as you probably already know, which is why you're charging a premium while you can.


For the record, I'm pleased that you've started broadcasting this type of material on freeview. I'm 100% behind the principle of the broadcasts. However small, it is a step in the right direction (so as not to contradict my earlier posts, I still think it's 'fuck all' compared to what you could be doing).

I simply object to paying money for softcore porn, whoever it stars, I would just spend most of my time beating myself up for being ripped off, if I did. Your programming is, to me, a step backwards. I long ago got pissed of with British Lesbian scenes broadcast on 'Adult channels' that mostly starred chicks who weren't really into it. As far as I can tell, that's practically all you've got to offer.

A purely personal opinion based off of my own experience. I'm sure others will enjoy your programming...although, I'm not sure how long for.

Then you'll find yourself in the same stable as all the other British Adult broadcasters....being slated for broadcasting sub-standard shite and doing nothing about getting things changed.

Sorry, of course BSX is not on Sky I got my wires crossed. I am a satellite fan and mainly watch programmes both adult, film and sport, having a motorised system and able to watch virtually anything that takes my fancy, I was merely demonstating that there is more to life than the handful of BS girls that are recycled night after night and thoroughly bore the pants off of me. Now that Cleo; who IMO is the most attractive girl I have seen in many a year, has joined the Production team and being rooted for her efforts, has gone, [/b]it is not worth watching. There are plenty of Free To Air channels offering attractive girls on the satellite arc who go much further than the droll BS. If you pay out a mere £79 per year you can get half a dozen channels or more that offer everything a man desires. Better still find a girlfriend of two with sex on tap and smile all day just like those who run BS.

BS is having a girlfriend without the headaches, moodswings and PMT!

I've found it works kinda well in HD, your DVD/BluRays will work, for the most part. They only really fall over when the actors start poking things right out of the screen.
Your average ~700meg .avi file doesn't work at all though.

I couldn't get the BS stuff posted on youtube to work for me, regardless of which type of glasses I used. Which is strange because it was 1080p. My glasses simply didn't filter the colours properly. It's the same with the screen grabs you posted too.

The channel 4 broadcasts from a few months ago worked OK, even after recording one of the shows.

Potentially this is down to going from interlaced to progressive via top-field de-interlacer. I always encode assuming people will watch on a computer, so deinterlace.
Although watching the original material in 544x576i (DAR 1024x576i) it still doesn't come off as working all that well.

dirk362, its probably brightness or colour balance - simple as that. Try PS or summin. The blue or green looks too much to me, its ghosting in rt eye. Anyone else see it? Could be my filter (I made these specs from gels but usually work great).
