So, I've seen the video now after hearing it on the radio last night.

That's just about the most patronising thing I've ever seen. What with the desk thumping, and the primary school graphics, I actually stopped the vid half way through to check I wasn't watching a spoof by mistake

As for being in full consultation with the devolved governments, Sturgeon says the first she knew of the new slogan was when she saw it on the news.
Now I'm no particular fan of Sturgeon, but I'll take her word over Boris's any day of the week.
