Invasion of the Body Snatchers(1978)

£1 in a charity shop.

Amazing film that I used to have,I lent it to a friend and he never gave me it back.I was happy to find it.The only extras on it are a great audio commentary from Phillip Kaufman and the original theatrical trailer.It's worth it for the film alone though.

The Dark Night Returns part 1 and 2(animated movie)

£6 each.

Essential for any Batman fans,anyone who's read the comics will know the story so I won't get into that but,this is amazing.Wonderful animation backed up by Peter Weller's voice work as The Dark Knight.

That's a very good bargain

Yeah,I got it t from a small,new shop thay I'd never been in before.The guy said there's a blu ray deluxe version available on import but,I had to snap this up.

Back in Jan HMV were offering Django unchained for £2.99 when you buy any dvd. I spent £40 (£20 hmv gift card and £20 from crimbo money) on dvds so only spent £2.99 of my own money. also they do 5 dvds for £20 in the 2for£10range. they had the xmen days of future past rogue cut in the 2 for £20 saving about £6/£7

Another one of those lost footage movies which has been done to death recently but,still very enjoyable.A film crew mount an expedition into the Congo to investigate some recent claims by the locals that prehistoric animals have been seen.
