Sad to hear that Marion Bartoli has decided to retire from tennis due to injury. She was one of my favourite players to watch. I was delighted to see she finally win a Grand Slam, wish her all best for future.

Well other than she has won 4 grand slams! but agree Anna is hot.

Nice to see Dan Evans starting show some consistency in his play over last couple of months which has seen him reach two Challenger finals and qualify for and then win a match in the main draw at the US Open.

Another great win by Dan Evans tonight..

He beat B Tomic 3 sets to 1 in the second round

if he(Dan) can beat Tommy Robredo, he could get match against Federer 4th round

i was shocked to see federer seeded 7th for the US open he is in serious decline now

Dan made a few too many errors & too many double faults in the 4th set in his tie with Robredo..
He was 5-4 and 40-15 on his own serve and still managed to lose the 4th set and the match

Rafa Nadal looks in ominous form to me.
His form in this hard court season has been superb.

Wawrinka is on fire again. He beat Andy Murray in the quarter finals and now he is a set and a break up againdt Novak Djokovic. Barnstorming stuff so far from the Swiss man.

Wawrinka really teeing off on Djokovic second serve, Djokovic has won only 1 point from 11 on second serve
