but i would like to know how many labour mp's turned up to these votes and debates about safety regulations unless its about there pay or they can be seen grandstanding on tv most MP's of both persuasions never turn up for debates

was 219 for it there was 232 labour Mp's when vote went thru means 13 labour MP's didnt vote for it

Bingo! there goes the racist card, I've not made a single racist comment, on the contrary, I've stated what a tragidy this all is; it's not the first time you don't seem to understand what a racist is.

The bloke in the link (which was talking about better housing) of munch1917's spoke in the terms of a 'black woman'.

I questioned why she wasn't just described as 'a woman'.

This is not racism.

Nobody stated at Hillsborough that 'a young white woman', it was just a woman.

I don't see why he had to mention her colour specifically.

And how the May comment is racist I've no idea, doesn't even mention colour.

Don't think it's a race card think it's a class card would labour and the left be the same if it was an apartment building full of millionaire bankers and business owners probably not most of the left would be cheering saying they got what they deserved.

No doubt I'll get abuse for this but I saw the David Lammy interview go out live and I shook my head when he went on about his friend being a "young black woman" and having a sly dig at "middle class" viewers who live in nicer areas. Nobody else has spoken about "Muslim Families" who died or the "Old White Lady" who died. Fire doesn't care about Race or Religion.

Everyone involved in helping the survivors has been full of praise for the help they've had from all sorts of people in every part of the country. There is no need at all to bring colour or race into a situation that could easily boil over.

no abuse mate, and i can see your point. i took at he was paying tribute to the young lady rising above adversity to do really well, the adversity partly being that she's a black woman.

im surprised there hasnt been some numptys going on about the lack of white victims because they all cant get social housing because of all the forigners taking it. Mind you I havent been looking in the right places im sure there will be some somewhere.
