I expect Tubs will storm out this afternoon in a blaze of blubber and maybe tighten the score; I hope Selby dedicates his win to Willie Thorne and cuts the rug under Tubs' sob story antics.

I was just chuckling to myself thinking about two Mark Selbys playing each other in a World Final .
There would be endless reracks, endless snookering of each other, endless drawn out tactical exchanges as they both try to outwit each other manouevering all the balls into impossible positions .
I have this thought in my head of the two Selbys celebrating every good shot with voices akin to those of The old gits in the Harry Enfield sketch show of yesteryear .

Yep, seems like a bit of a love fest for Murphy. Selby makes a lovely clearance for the first century break of the final and it barely got a passing mention at the interval. Instead it was all about how Murphy is playing and what can he do to win etc for about 5 minutes, topped off with a zoom interview with his wife, although that was admittedly adorable with his son interrupting the conversation with his favourite TV shows

I haven't even bothered watching today it is so pointless
If its not over yet just concede Mr Murphy.
You will have more joy trying to have a conversation with a biscuit than trying to play Selby .

I always believed that the Mark William breakoff's wasn't allowed. Obviously I'm wrong.

I thought that one of the balls (other than the cue ball) had to touch the snooker table cush. Or is that in pool.
