It looks like Ep 7 which is being directed by Kevin Smith will be possibly be called "Killer Frost" and Grant Gustin posted this pic:

"Flashpoint" synopsis:

Barry (Grant Gustin) is living his dream life – his parents are alive, he’s asked Iris West (Candice Patton) on a date and he can finally be a normal guy as Central City has another speedster, Kid Flash (Keiynan Lonsdale), running around saving the city. When Barry starts forgetting parts of his old life, the Reverse Flash (guest star Matt Letscher) taunts his nemesis and tells him that there will be serious repercussions for Barry and the ones he loves if he continues to live in this alternate universe. In addition to losing his memories, his powers will also start to fade. When disaster strikes, Barry must decide if he wants to continue to live in this world as Barry Allen or return to his universe as The Flash.

A new season 3 poster

Looks like the flash will be getting a new suit at some point in season 3 and will be closer to the comic counter part namely that the colour will be brighter red then the usually dark red any other changes to suit are unknown at the moment. There actually were three different flashes in the season 1 finale of The Flash.
The first flash is the one from season 1 and doesn't save his mum, the second flash is the one fighting reverse flash but his from another timeline where Barry wasn't mean't to the flash for another five years. Remember reverse flash gets stuck in the past and speeds up Barry becoming the Flash. The third Flash is the one that tells season 1 not to save his mother, if you look there closely at that the third flash you'll notice something different about him. All I'll say is that everything will make sense it's just when they'll do it hopeful in season 3.

It looks like that Patty Spivot maybe returning to the show at some point.

THE AFTERMATH — Barry (Grant Gustin) realizes the effects from Flashpoint are much greater than he thought. Meanwhile, Barry meets new co-worker Julian Albert (Tom Felton) and is surprised by Julian’s immediate disdain for Barry.

If you take the title of the first two titles of season 3 you the words Flashpoint Paradox which was title of the animated movie minus the Justice League part lol.
