well that is what i love about Mica just when she is being written off she comes back with her best show in months ,putting her back in the office was inspired and long overdue as the set gives her things to do and stops her getting bored which improves her show 100%
then we have what she had on, i think it was just perfect i have never seen her look better, and i hope we see it again soon

Y'know, I barely ever post here, but I was inspired to come on this forum and write after the appalling treatment of callers I witnessed from Mica Martinez last night. I called her and listened in while about 7 or 8 other callers worked through the queue. The reason it didn't take long was because she was cutting them all off after a few seconds, regardless of what they said. Each call would begin with 'hi, what's your name? What made you call me', only it was like a test, and in her view no one was good enough to pass.

One guy jokingly called her a saucy little minx - you could tell it was affectionate, but she killed the call. One guy, clearly close to cumming asked if he could fuck her - she killed the call. One guy told her she was beautiful, she smailed and said thanks, he asked if he could see her feet - she killed the call. I barely got to ever say my name before the call was killed. And almost every hangup was accompanied on screen with a grimace, a mouthed 'fuck off', an obvious moan to the cameraman about whatever perceived crime the callers had made.

It went on. And on. I watched in disbelief for another 10 minutes or so as call after call after call was ended instantly and rudely by this girl. When you consider that you've spent around a fiver before you even get to say hello to any girl, even if there's no queue, then her attitude is frankly disgusting. Not one of the 7 or 8 guys I heard last night were remotely abusive or rude to her. Not one.

On every other channel, every single one, girls are laughing into the phone, acting naughty, enthusiastically feigning excitement - yet this girl is the only one who's being paid to be a phone sex operator but clearly so despises the job and the callers that she feels it's fine to waste their cash and insult them into the bargain.

I have no particular axe to grind at all, but as a consumer, and a typical consumer that these channels need to attract, this was beyond ridiculous.

She has no place being employed in a role like this if this is her attitude. And if the job and the men are so awful then she should go find something else to do!

respect your post and its wrong what you say mica did but she must be doing it well enough as if she wasnt. elite wouldnt keep her but youre not the first person i believe to comment on mica's phone work mica is young and still learning the ropes.

the elite boss is on here and hopefully he'll read what you say and speak to mica

Thanks mate. I do hope so. I'm not sure why she's kept around - to be honest she's been on our screens now for many months - how long does it take to 'learn the ropes' if learning them simply means not treating the callers like arseholes? I've been watching these shows from 2003, and the only other time I've ever seen anything remotely similar was from Taylor McKenzie many years ago, and that wasn't actually half as bad!

These channels need to realise that we pay for them to exist, and that girls who bring a show down with their attitude are bad for business.

i only caught a few minutes of mica last night, but she was smiling and having fun. if some1 did piss her off and she took it out on every caller after then yeah it wasnt fair on the guys that got cut off, as she should be professional enough by now to cope with the odd asshole.
when they do get on the line she should hang up and carry on like nothing has happend, not take it out on every 1 after them, all she is doing is making sure that her call numbers fall even quicker as them guys are unlikley to call again..
we have seen her get less and less shifts as the months have gone by this wont help as jamie will only stand for it for so long b4 he shows her the red card and the door.

I still think she will leave before jamie gets rid of her, if the abusive calls carry on, though last night she seemed a little more chipper then i have saw her recently.

I don't know at what point this was supposed to have happened - but I never saw it when I was watching (not saying it didn't happen, but nor - without seeing it for myself - am I instantly going to condemn a girl for something I never witnessed)

Either way, everyone has a shitty day at work - but nobody has any idea what is going on behind the scenes, what stresses she may be under, what shit she might be dealing with

If you're gonna criticise her (or anyone) then fine, knock yourself out ("bad comes with the good", "has to expect it in the line of work she's in" and other familiar soundbites) - but I, personally, find it hilarious how everybody becomes an expert when there's some supposition to be done

How many times have we been told "Elite's dead", "[insert babes name here] is on her way out", "[insert babes name here] should be signed up by Elite asap" and these things not be correct
