it's almost gone under the radar but at The Liaison Committee yesterday Johnson finally confirmed a long held belief that when he was Foreign Secretary he left an EU Foreign Ministers meeting, ditched his security detail and went to Evgeny Lebedevs' Italian villa where he met Evegenys' father Alexander.

Alexander Lebedev is an ex KGB agent and said to be close to Putin. No records exist of this meeting and of course Johnson has elevated Evgeny to the House of Lords seemingly against the advise of security services.

This deserves a full investigation
