Hi Rael, Charlie was removed due to unreliability. She is welcome back if she can commit a bit more.

lolz... she seems to be pretty regular with elite, then again they don't charge 50% of what the girls make.

The girls still earn more per hour from Gsl than Elite & Gsl don't end up with the other full 50% after costs, so who does best....
Just to add some balance to it.

Hexit, the babeshows pay the girls a set fee and keep all excess profits (so if a girl is paid £200 a shift and the babeshow makes £800 they keep £600). We pay the girls their real NET earnings i.e. what they earn after the costs associated with payment processing, video streaming etc. We pay the highest percentage possible for a cam site and we pay much more than other sites of this nature, most pay the girls 10 or 20% so 50% is very generous and is the max we can possibly pay. So I don't think the issue with Charlie was to do with earnings, I think that Elite is her first priority which is understandable, but it makes it difficult for us as we try to avoid missed shows/bookings etc. I'm just trying to run a successful business

Anyone know when Holly McGuire's first show is planned?

That's one I'll stay in for.

of coarse you would say your company is generous. but i have read that other girls arnt that happy with your deal.
as you say, if the girl makes 800 for you she gets 400 for doing a harder show than on tv (in most cases) and you take 400 thats ok for what services you provide, (her log in to your site and some tech support and so on) fair enough.
but if she makes 10 grand (with the right hype and placement of advertising it can be done) then you get 5 for exactly the same service. this is what i don't like about this kind of site as the sites earnings can be very disproportionate to the amount of service you provide. basically the more the girl makes the higher the percentage she should get.

and if i was working for you i'd be wanting to pay you a flat rate to log on and a bonus if you do your advertising properly.

not being funny but i found your reply about charlie being tardy uncalled for on a public forum. thats between you and her and not really any of our business..

Hexit you clearly didn't read my reply. We don't take the other 50%, third parties involved do such as payment processors. All businesses have overheads. I'm not going to go into how much we would make if a model made 800 but needless to say it is nowhere near 400 due to overheads. We pay the models the very maximum we possibly can without going out of business and yes some models complain because they don't understand the difference between gross and net profit and think, like you do, that we are creaming off 50% which is far from the case.

As for my post about Charlie - members were theorising about why she may have left the site and I was just being honest. There was no patronising tone to my post I was simply stating a fact. I didn't say she was tardy I said she was unreliable and most members on here know that as she missed most of her shows and bookings. I empathise as I know she is a busy and she is a fantastic model, the time she did on GSL was great so I'd love to have her back and, as I expressed in my previous post we would happily accept her back.

i read on your site. what will the girls make. 50% of what you make you keep is the jist of it. the other 50% must then go to gsl ?

i know how these sites work and i know that there are other parties involved.
