BS have got 100's of babes on their roster and only Danni has turned up this morning.

Jade Naomi, Annie Mae and April Mae are on this morning's schedule and haven't turned up.

They could've at least asked 3 babes to replace them if they weren't going to turn up.

^^ I noticed that l guess plans change with a Bank Holiday, but surely babes knew that when they booked shifts. Generally, Mondays are quiet, but BS are missing out on cashing in with people off work.

^ Depends when BS were told they were not turning up. Danni certainly did not know until this morning. She will spend her full shift as the TV girl so no split shift with half on TV half on webstream.

Danni is one of the "old school" work ethic girls who has to be incapable of working for her not to turn up

^^ I doubt it very much that all the other 3 are incapable of working. You get the impression that many of these babes don't really treat their jobs that seriously, l doubt there are many other industries that have a higher absenteeism rate. That fact that Danni has had a regular job before the babeshows gives her perspective & I'm sure she knows how lucky she is.

It looks like Annie Mae was out getting pissed last night with Tanya Renai and Alyssa Jay.

And that's the reason why she hasn't turned up this morning. It's on their instagrams, lilyofficialuk, alisha_jayyy and che.dior

Bluu Baddiee (FTA) and Vicky Narni (PPV) are the only babes scheduled today at 11:30 that have turned up.

Montanna Foxx, Missie Bleu, Daisy Dolly, Ivy Doll, Le Reve & Levi haven't turned up yet.

Tara May (14:00) and Lexie Doll (15:00) are the only other babes due to appear until the 20:00 shift starts.

I don't understand how BS have such a large roster and the only babe on this morning is Tanya Renai, and she's behind a paywall.

She's the only one in MK. There are barely any babes doing any web room or from home shows.

It has been mentioned here before that the babes split their shifts between tv & web, this doesn't/hasn't applied to all babes. To add to the confusion, they often list these half & half shifts on the schedule, but in a rather pointless clumsy manner, they don't/can't state which will be web or tv. I imagine that this will be decided on the day & can't be done in advance as there's no guarantee on who or how many babes will make it to the studio.
My point is that in terms of babes behind a paywall, by having split shifts of web/tv a web based babe will tend to spend less time in free than a tv babe, although the most popular babes are taken into private & are seldom seen on tv for more than a few minutes.
This is just the reality, all about the money. A phone call to BS is at the bottom of the food-chain. Having a babe available FTA isn't what BS are bothered about, even if they're on a call. Privates & Group shows with buzzes is all they want. So many of the web-based babes do shows without a call option, far many it may be personal choice, but with so little to be made in comparison to the other options it just gets in the way & is seen as an inconvenience.
The old-school babes still have the skills & see some advantages from using the phone, many of the new-breed don't really want an type of conversation & just want to constantly punctuate it with the words buzz me.
With the lack of use of the phone these days babes are more disconnected from a large part of their fans than in the past. Whilst the Dayshows offered something different, they have almost become a worse version of the Nightshows.

^ The split shifts for Daytime were introduced in response to requests from girls who did not usually appear on TV to be able to get TV exposure. I think TV does still work to develop a girls image and earning power both for themselves and BS.

There is in my view a problem with reliability from girls who seem to miss early morning shifts but having said that Kiah Monae is the only one on the schedule not on today as both Daisy and Tanya are on now.

They are due to do afternoon Daytime TV shows from the London studio soon and I think they will be in demand from the many girls who travel to MK for early morning shifts.

^^ There has been a few new faces on-screen but not enough, if some babes asked for this have BS fully bought into the idea as it is mainly the same faces, who also happen to be reliable. As a concept it hasn't worked to its full capacity. To many adds on tv isn't the best use of that platform, but I guess it's a win for BS as babes off=screen are making money.
The early morning shift is a clear problem, when you're falling out of a club at 3am you're unlikely to be ready for work at 5.30.

^ The 5.30 am start is clearly a problem and I'd agree that too many girls don't have the work ethic. I'm afraid that's not just a babeshow problem though! As to whether BS have bought into it - well they told the existing BS Dayshow girls that it was happening and the reason and they were told it was a pilot.
