Yeah they made a balls of changing the handball rule for attackers last season, complete mess and I dunno, it seems like they tried to even it out this season for the defensive part too but just fucked it spectacularly. The handball rule didn't need altering in either direction, change it back, also if the refs are reviewing handball incidents with VAR then it should be in full speed, no slo-mo. But the people running the game and making the rules don't seem to have any clue how to actually run the game. Who was asking for these handball changes 2 seasons ago not players, managers or league associations as far as I know

Ps I wouldn't really blame VAR for the pens, it's just a replay of an incident, if the rule makers and referees can't get decisions right and fair then they're not fit to be in their positions.

It is about time the Govt & the PL clubs were cut down to size and see the really startling situation that is unfolding.
the PL League needs to show and lead and help the lower league clubs get a deal with Govt., and help keep the beautiful game in this country afloat and alive, other we stand to lose over 100 years of a rich vibrant league system that we should be proud of and god knows how many clubs will go to the wall before Christmas let alone the end of the season - if nothing is done - NOW.

The PL & the Govt needs to take thir collective heads out of the san take off their rose tinted glasses for once and see the the dark stark bigger picture staring them right in the face.
Do they really want to see a league system as proud as our come crashing down and tuned to dust? I damn sure hope they don't.

Bristol city have now had there best start to a league season since 1927 can't believe we are still top and unbeaten, I was expecting a rebuilding season, it properly will.not last but I am enjoying it as long as it does,
