Blu Ray Recommendations

I highly recommend Transformers Dark Of The Moon, I picked up the 3D version because i wanted the extra's. Picture quality is top quality crystal and not a grain in sight when theres a lot of action the images never blur and out of all the transformer films this has the best transfer. The Sound quality is also up there as well especially if you have a 5.1/DTS system. Now with this version you get the Blu Ray Copy of the film, A 3D version and Digital copy of the film now its different to the Triple Play edition which came but before christmas you loss the dvd version of the film but gain a 3D version of the film and tons of extras where as the Triple Play had no extras. The choice is yours on which version but if your looking for a cracking film and picture and quality you can't go wrong with either one of them .

game of thrones, its amazing quality and theres loads of extras 10/10

I highly recommend Smallville The Final Season, first of all the picture quality is right up there crystal clear and not a sign of any grain. The sound quality is really up there too with a 5.1/DTS mix especially watching the 2 hour final Ep and hearing the thumping Superman theme. Theres a few extras along with the box set and with Amazon and Play.com selling it for £17.99 its a bargain, this blu ray box set does the final season justice with Clark finally becoming Superman.
Also Supernatural season 6, once again great picture quality and no grain in the images, with colours looking deep and warm. The sound along with the Smallville box set you get a 5.1/DTS cinema mix with the sound, as for extras you get a whole load here. Plus Amazon and Play.com are selling it at the moment on blu ray for £14.99. .

Really wanted to get Smallville the final season on blu ray and really glad i did, the blu ray does it justice.

Anyone bought the Jurassic park trilogy yet? going cheap on Amazon but picked up mixed reviews. Any info would be appreciated.

From the reviews I've read about Jurassic park blu ray box set its pretty good, where its got a low mark has been down to whether you like the films or if you do then it's worth picking up the picture and sound quality is really and your getting a decent amount of extras plus you getting a digi copy of each film and all for £14.97 well worth it if your a big fan.

yeah the jurassic park box set is fantastic value for money as you get all 3 films + 3 digital copies + lots of extras. transformers dark of the moon (recent release is good too especially the feature lenghth documentary which goes behind the scenes)

today i got The Thing (2011) which is NOT a remake of the classic 1982 kurt russell scifi horror film of the same name. it's a prequel set before the events in the kurt russell film and is set at the norwegian base that is seen destroyed with no suvivors in the 1982 film. it's a very good scifi horror film, just as tense, gory and bloody as the 1982 film and at the end ties into the 1982 film which is also out on bluray for around a tenner

also got zombie strippers for just £6 and it's a decent horror film that does exactly what it says on the tin and has jenna jameson in it as a stripper 7/10
