The Rugi voting system would only make a difference in one way - it would benefit girls on the non-freeview channels, that's all. That method would actually work against anyone appearing on a freeview channel

Just out of curiosity, when will the counting begin, and how long will it take to complete?

Right folks, I have completed all counting up to 23:00 on Tuesday, I will now do a daily count up to the finish. There are some runaway trains surging clear at the top but the battle for the last few spots in round 2 could yet be going to the wire . That reminds me I must get round to voting myself . Too knackered to think about it now though Zzzzzzzzzzz.

I think snookered has already been counting but I'll be starting on Thursday night and will dole out which pages need counted to others who are willing to help and then do a count of the final pages on Saturday night I'd imagine.

You don't need to count them all, I'll do the bulk of it since it's my thing and just pass out a few pages to you guys to help out with so don't worry about counting them just now.

Sorry to be a pain, but what happens when a vote is ambiguous?

Fair enough if somebody doesn't know the girl's surname and puts the channel name eg Adele (Elite) - in those circumstances the intention is clear - but what if somebody just puts "Dionne" without specifying if it is Dionne Daniels or Dionne Mendez? - is that vote disqualified or are the points split between the two of them?

In response to the criticism of the format this year I would refer the critics to post 45 of this thread which explains the reasons for it. Of course not everyone is going to like it if their fave loses out but hey take heart, none of my provisional top 4 look like qualifying either and yet I am still happy with the format.
