sorry no review last week just didn't have time

this week was a interesting show some good some bad to promo the PPV coming up,

the show started with Jon Moxley v 10 , this was a match for Mix to destroy one of the dark order before his PPV match to get his belt back with Lee, it did the job Mox showed some good moves and in the end Broke 10's arm with a chair (this was a story break not real) when Lee would not come out to help his man, nothing special really, i think that the world champ was on first tells you how little interest AEW has in the match up,

match 2 was MJF v Marko Stunt, this was a good match to remind every one what a good heel MJF is, and i think Stunt best match in AEW MJF was happy to make him look good, it didnt really do much to sell MJF PPV match with Stunts mate Jungle Boy but then we all know MJF is winning and had bigger things to come, was a fun watch,

next was Jake Roberts and Arn Anderson in a face off, i think AEW where after fireworks but it didnt really happen both where ok and did there job well but i think didn't really do a lot to sell the PPV match they are involved in,

match 3 was Rey Fenix v Orange Cassidy, this was a really good match both worked really well together with Orange actually showing hes a really good wrestler when he wants to be both hit big moves it looked like Orange was going to win but Rey hit a low blow and got the win,
after the match a lot of the wrestlers involved in the ladder PPV match came out for and all attaced each other Rey did a moonsalt off the top rope but no one at ring side court him and he landed hard on the floor, injuring his arm and hes now out of the PPV match it was silly and unneeded to do a move like that before a PPV, at the end the best friends catapulted Orange over the top rope and all the guys at ring side almost didnt catch him lucky this time one did he was lucky or it could have easily been 2 men out one of the big matched on the PPV

match 4 was a woman's tag match Nyla Rose and Britt Baker v Kris Statlander and Hikaru Shida, a real mixed bag as these womans matches often are, all for got to do some big moves and looked good in part, Shida looked the best very strong , it was a shame they messed the ending up, Britt was in the corner and Kris and Shida had Rose up on there shoulders to through down on Britt but they got there timing wrong and she went to one side on top of Britt leg that she had moved into the way as she had panicked instead of spreading them wider , this killed the match as they had to work something out, rose won the match but after Kris and Shida put rose through a table, Britt is now out of the PPV,

the main event was Matt Hardy v Sammy Guevara, a good match with a few nice moves from both, on one won the match as as the other inner circle members had Kenny Omega against a goal post beating him up so Matt had to go out to help him, when he got out there he was help by a returning Young Bucks and Hangman Page who got the Elete the win this time,

so a funny night messed up a bit by the 2 nasty injury's , it did the job of setting up the PPV which has not been easy with the lockdown

My thoughts from double or nothing 2020.

The Good.
1.Stadium stampede match.
Thought it was nicely done and something different.
2.Moxley vs lee.
With all the things going against this match build up etc... i thought it was like an old style title match.
3.Mjf vs jungle boy.
Best singles match on the show.

The Bad.
1.Casino ladder match.
This was just a mess in my opinion very awkward moments, Not the best way to debut brian cage.
2.Statlander vs ford.
Pointless match with awkward timing.
3.Rhodes vs spears.
Another pointless match

The Middle
1.Cody vs Archer
Decent match and nice to see mike tyson.
2.Rose vs Shida.
Well at least a woman is women's champion now, match went far to long

Bit of a mixed bag of a ppv

Well double or nothing is AEW main show of the year and I think it lived up to that with a great show,

I liked the opener with best friends getting they well deserved shot at the tag belts, they been booked well the last two months and this was the right end to that,

I liked the ladder match, it was crazy mad fun with lots of big spots, and was not expecting to see the ex impact champion in aew as he was a big star in tna, i looking forward to seeing him with Mox at the next ppv,

Next MJF and jungle boy showed just why they are going to be huge stars , this was not like the rest of the show no big spots just old school wrestling and I really liked it both are class , MJF winning lets him move on to bigger thing Cody maybe,

The TV championship match was a bit of a disappointment, the match was good but the ending was a bit shit and made archer look week, I get them giving it to Cody he will make it special and a good 2nd level belt, I fully expect him to keep it until September when aew have there next big ppv,

Kris v ford was a bit pointless and should have been moved to the preshow once Britt couldn't be in it, only good thing was it gave ford a go at ppv where she will be next year I think ,

The comedy match was next between Rhoades and spears and omg what where they thinking it was like watching wwe at its worst not for me at all,

Woman title match was really good so happy to see Shida the new champ and it was a really good match can't wait to see what she's going to do so many good matches ahead I think,

World title match was so much better than I expected I agree with the comments above about it , Lee may have lost but now looks like a super star who should always be near the belt, Mox had his best match as champ both men working really well together, again much better than I expected

The main event was just perfect, it was so mad and over the top it had to work, it was like a mini movie , so many high light, I liked how it closed so many near year long fuids setting aew up for some new interested times ahead this match was one of the best wrestling matches I have ever seen

This week's show started with a really good match , Matt hardy and the young Bucks v Joey Janela and Private party, this was dream come true night for the bucks as first they got to work with there hero Matt he even but his old tag outfit on from when the bucks started watch , all 6 looked really good Joey continued to look a much improved wrestler all worked well together, lots of big moves, Hardy got the win for his team in the end of a really hoping hard match,
After the match hardy helped Quin to the back who was injured leaving the buck on there own who where attacked by butcher and blade who where ring side, before the Revival now called FTR arrived to save the bucks and set up there long awaited match ,

Match 2 was Brian Cage v Jobber with Jon Mosley on community, Cage looked amazing he distroyed the Jobber with some amazing big moves he looked class, Taz was on the mic after Cage won telling Mox he had to survive the machine, all looked very good,

Next Britt came out to tell us about her injuries, as usual Britt was excellent on the mic, she was in a wheelchair being pushed around by Rebel who she treated like a slave making her look even more bad, she claimed it had all been a big conspiracy mastermind by ref Aubrey to put her out of action, I look forward to what she says next week,

Match 3 was Hilarious Shida v Christi Jaynas, this was a harder match than I thought they would give Shida after her hard match lastweek, I thought the newbie wow a Jobber but she was booked to have lots of moves and fight, Shida won in the end a hard match , I think she should have won more easily as she looked a bit week,

Next Cody came out and said he plans to defend the new belt every week on TV and issued an open challenge starting next week to the whole locker room, interesting didn't see this happening with be interesting to see who he rights over the next few weeks,

Match 4 was SCU v Sabian and Havoc, the winners get a shot at the tag belts next week, it seams the number one contender match on the ppv was for a match on the next ppv v who every is chams at the time, a bit strange a d Should have been explained better,
Sabian and Havoc continued there good run cheating to the win like the good heels they are Ford was ring side as usual and helped them win, Kazarian got beat up most the match and did a lot to put the hot young team over, both teams worked well and looked good, would not be surprised to see them win the belts next week,

Match 6 made no sense it was a battle royal to decide who was first to fight Cody for his belt, no need for this as its and open challenge so anyone in this match could get a shot at the belt any time, Jungle boy won and he will give Cody a good match next week,

Main event was the inner circle v Mike Tyson, a strange match Clearly there only to get them on normal news shows, it was based on Tyson hitting Jericho in 2011 on wwe raw, and Jericho wanted his revenge, it just ended in a mass brawl with not a lot happening, I get why they did it but was a bit pointless,

A good first half to the show but let down by two poor matches at the end,

this weeks AEW was a good night i thought some interesting matches

match one was The Butcher and The Blade vs. FTR this was a really good match both teams looked really good i think it helped FTR ( follow the rules) to have a hard match for there first win as made them look top notch straight away, i like a match where both teams look like winners at the end, after the match the Bucks where in the ring setting up a possible match for the future,

match 2 was Kris Statlander and Hikaru Shida vs. Penelope Ford and Nyla Rose, this was a good match again everyone looked good got to do lots of moves, it was unlucky Kris got injured but the other girls finished the match well and was good to see Ford get the win she has that different look that AEW clearly like can see her getting a title shot this year,

match 3 was Best Friends and Orange Cassidy vs. Proud & Powerful and Jake Hager, this was another good match between the best friends and the inner circle, they just work so well together, best friends won and where beaten up after by inner circle a bit predictable but it did make sence,

match 4 Sammy Guevara vs. Colt Cabana, a bit point pointless it just happened to push wrestlers along in there stories that had nothing to do with each other, Matt Hardy got involved at the end and did his different persona for the first time on AEW it didn't work as well as when it was not live on impact, Colt lost again and went to see the dark order after,

main event was Cody vs. Marq Quen , this was a good fun match with lots of big moves both looked good and got to do lots, it was the best match Quen has ever had in AEW , Cody won as expected but just like in the first match both men looked winners,

a good week only one poor match , i am liking the Cody tv belt matches looks like they are going to use them to make some of the young talent look good

I'm really enjoyed watching the Shot of Brandi series on AEW YouTube and the Unrestricted Podcast on TNT YouTube page

Seems Jimmy Havoc has checked into rehab for mental health and substance abuse problems. This comes a day after a Twitter account Expose Wrestling made some allegations about his behaviour and AEW are looking into these and will make a decision on Havoc's future with the company after he completes his rehab

It’s not just those allegations by expose wrestling (who no longer exist on twitter). A fan has tweeted Jimmy punched him at a show and also former babeshow babe Rebecca Crow said Jimmy domestically abused her as they dated for 3 years

I’ve met Rebecca Crow & believe what she’s said 100%. I’m also disgusted that aew have just now seemingly brushed it under the carpet with their statement what Rebecca & others have said and I’m no longer an AEW fan

disappointing he was just making it on the big stage after a lot of years, shounds like he has a lot a of demons, reading Rebecca post looks more like he was hurting himself rather than her but this was effecting her mind, match of the night on this weeks tv to this, thats wrestling for you ifs full of strange people

Sammy Guevara has been suspended without pay and forced to undergo sensitivity training after a Podcast 4 years ago was unearthed where he said he would F***ing r*** Sasha Banks.

His salary is being donated to a women's charity
