Let me tell you how. Firstly, its a minimum of 8 minutes added on. Secondly, during that added time, ye were awarded a penalty from which ye scored so the time it took for the whole incident to play out probably added another 2 minutes. Thirdly, Liverpool were awarded the penalty in the 100th minute and by the time it was taken a further minute elapsed. So instead of moaning about time added on or blaming the ref perhaps it'd be better if you blamed your teams inability to cancel out a game and the stupidity of Emmanuel Eboue to make a rash challenge like that.

As regards Liverpool doing ye a favour by rolling over....what happened in April 09 when Liverpool were a couple of points behind Man Utd in the title race?? Liverpool 4-4 Arsenal. Football is a funny old game...what goes around usually comes around

I was delighted with the performance of Liverpool today. Injuries to Aurelio, Carragher & Carroll conspired against us but the lads fought for everything. The 2 kids playing at full-back were immense, as was Jay Spearing in the centre of midfield. It was a well deserved point which i'm very happy with.

8 minutes added on and then some.

First we had Fergie time and now we have Dalglish time.

What is it with these Scottish managers? Do they have their own special temporal plane?

C'mon Moysey sort it out.

From a neutral point of view, it was a great ending to the Arsenal - Liverpool game. Nobody would have predicted that end. Hope Carragher is ok, that really looked a really bad collision.

Good to see the minutes silence impeccably observed aswell before the match. Our thoughts are with the families of all those who lost their lives at the tragic events of Hillsborough 1989.

You are so right Master Yoda. But typically as an Arsenal fan i was looking for excuses rather than blaming my own team lol. Why Eboue why????? Lucas wasn't going no where!!!!!! Goddamit!!!!!

And I knew the whole 10 minutes of extra time adddition rather than the alloted 8 was probably fair because of the whole penalty incident and the time it took for the liverpool players to remonstrate with the ref, plus the time it took to take the penalty, time for van persie's celebration and then the restart of play. Probably around 2 minutes added on extra for the first penalty to Arsenal.

And yes I do remember the Arshavin show when we stuffed you out of the premier league title. So yeah what goes around comes around, I know that having been watching the premier league for 10 years or so.

But in the heat of the moment in the match and just after the match, my emotions were running high. Especially during time added on at the end of the second half. Liverpool did play well to their strategy, which was to defend and counter attack when they get the ball back. They should be a contender next season for the top four for sure because Kenny has done well as a manager for them. But there goes our chance to win the title for another year.......

just like to point out that the ref blew his whistle for full time immediatly after the liverpool penalty! where's our two fuckin minutes???!!!

Its simple...8 mins minimum..2 mins added for all the drama of the first pen then...2 mins for the pen he knew he was give at the end of the game
