In the Superman comeback film Superman Returns, Kevin Spacey's henchman and the kid are seen playing along to Heart and Soul by Hoagy Carmichael. This is widely acknowledged as one of the hardest pieces of music to play solo and usually played by two people. This song also crops up in BIG with Tom Hanks and Robert Loggia dancing on a giant piano keyboard inside the world's largest toy store FAO Schwartz. You can try it out if you visit there in New York.

Pianos usually have around 220 - 230 strings that are made of steel and strung extremely tight in order to produce a sound when being struck by the hammers. The tension of the 230-odd strings in a grand piano exert a combined force of 20 tonnes on the cast iron frame.
The worlds largest guitar, certified by the guiness book of world records is over 13 metres (about 43ft). That's about the length of a bus! Even more impressively, it is more than just a model - it is actually a playable instrument, with each string delivering the correct pitch. The guitar, which was made by The Academy Of Science And Technology in Texas, weighed a whopping 2,255lbs (just over 1,000kgs), took almost a year to build, featured aircraft cable for strings, and was the iconic shape of a Gibson Flying V.
