Please excuse me, but you are full of shit Rolleyes

If you have got the bollocks to admit that you are a leave candidate then fair play.
Other than that, have no opinion because you didn't vote Important

Then you haven't read or understood a word i have writian, I have thanked both in and out and even rep 'silent majority' for information recieved, don't believe me? have a look. Maybe the out voters presented their case more logically, or had confimed something i had noted but the out's refused to aknoledge..

If you have a problem with my not voting, or having undecided swings then the problem is with you not me. If I was to say i voted remain, you would be ok with this, if I said I voted out, you would be ok with this, but if I say in the end I didn't know what the fuck to vote so i didn't, some how this makes me a liar? You're a very odd person.

If I'm such a rabid IN, why the fuck wouldn't i say I voted in? and be gloating at all the cock sure of themselves remian? Did you ever stop to ask yourself that?

Not voting does not mean you don't or CAN'T have an opnion. My comments are not, and never have been, telling anybody to vote in or out, before the vote i was attempting to come to a clear conclusion, that proved to be impossible with all the crap FROM BOTH SIDES; the vote is now over, and my comments are debating the possible out come of being in or out. You do relaise this is not a simple or easy situation, right?

Unfortunately, you are like most people on this forum in only seeing what you want to see, I'm starting to think you lack the intelligence to understand a debate. Have you ever in your entire life not been able to make you mind up about something? fucking hell I can struggle for hours wondering what blu ray i want to watch and then end up not watching anything, can you understand it in those simple terms?

What the hell is this about front lines? I'd never be on any front lines, I have a deep hate of anything military that one thing I don't struggle with Huh

'whether that was scarmongering or not is a bit mute now''

hmmmm, it would be.

The rest of the EU seem pretty keen to be rid of the UK though

Good question, although the problem with that petition is that it asks for retrospective legislation - another referendum because the winning side got less than 60% of the vote and there was less than a 75% turnout. Not a very promising way to go about it and not likely to succeed.

However, there is apparently talk around Westminster of whether any deal on Brexit negotiated with the EU should then be put to a referendum before the UK's exit from the EU was confirmed. So in that event there would be a second referendum after all. It's never over until it's over.

It should be remembered that Farage said a month ago that a narrow win for Remain would inevitably mean a second referendum. He said a Remain win by 52% to 48% would mean unfinished business and lead to unstoppable demand for a second referendum to be held.

Why do people looking for a loop hole to remain think this is a good thing for the UK?

It really isn't.

If the UK said, oh, we change our mind can we stay? pleeeease - assuming the rest of the EU don't say a humiliating no, out means out, the the UK would be a complete laughing stock of the world, would be the EU's complete bitch and wouldn't have any were near the say it use to have and worst of all it could not claim to be demographic.

I can't see how the UK as any other option but to leave now, at least there is a lot in the world at them moment who actually admire the UK for having the balls to actually go through with it. With all the talk of ripple effects and people in other countries wanting referendums clealry the EU is not the popular thing with all people in other countries.

what ever turmoil is going to happen in the next few weeks or years, the Uk, or England, will eventually recover from it.

Err... this is the referendum in which we were told that choosing to stay in the UK would guarantee us staying in the EU... right?

I've seen that story now. It turns out that it's only civil servants in Brussels who have said that. Sturgeon is planning to lobby the leaders of the EU and member countries directly, so the outcome isn't certain yet.

I was hoping for a quiet Sunday on the political front but seems that's not going to happen. Corbyn has sacked Hillary Benn as he's seemingly lost confidence in him. Great idea Jeremy - sack your best player Bounce

RE: Europe..IN or OUT??
Crikey this was a busy thread last night even after I went to bed.

Let me sum up my position.

I was strongly in favour of Remain
I made it clear I did not believe what Leave were saying.
It seems however many voters did & that's their right
Remain lost. Leave won.
We should ALL accept that decision and pull together
Article 50 should be invoked as soon as possible by those who can see through the negotiation. That's not Cameron but could be a representative group from the Leave camp led by members of the Conservative Government.

Nothing will happen so quickly that it puts the new Prime Minister at a disadvantage.

The Leave camp seem to be denying their campaign messages but that's irrelevant in terms of the result. What's now of crucial importance is the outcome of the negotiation.

The electorate should have a right to have their say on those terms. If they are acceptable then I would vote for them. If they are a crock of shit I would vote against and wish to Remain in the EU

That is democracy and just as valid as Leavers saying that if they lost the vote narrowly they would want another Leave referendum.

In the same way that a law was passed for the Referendum a law for a new one on the above basis could be passed.

I want Scotland to stay in the Union. No new independence referendum should be held until the terms of Britains exit are known (if indeed the terms are accepted by the electorate). I just don't see how anyone in Scotland could decide if they don't know what the alternatives are and none of us know what Brexit terms will be agreed.

Good morning Big Grin
