Did we not learn last time what panic buying does to people on lower incomes?
Plod now needs to storm houses of all known hoarders and make arrests and hoarders made to return all goods bought, to store.
Hoarders should b fined and have their bank accounts limited to only £10 a week for all essentials in store & barred fron all online shopping for next 6 months, (incl. Ebay & Amazon) anything over that limit they account freeze for 7 days.
Before we know it all shops will end up closing at 3pm and curfew starts starts at 5pm to 5am if we are not careful.
