Ep 5 “Saints of Imperfection” Season 2

This was one weird Ep but in a good way, picking up from last weeks ending with the disappearance of Tilly all i’ll say it’s very interesting what happens. The Ep also focuses on the search for Spock (not like the movie lol) and threw in Section 31 into the mix and things get interesting. The biggest thing about this Ep was the return of so many characters and there’s one character in particular that’s returned and it’s a big shock how there back and it’s gonna be interesting what the rest of the season holds out for them. There’s a Next Generation/Deep Space Nine/Voyager moment with something they all three have in common blink and you might miss. Over all a good Ep role on Ep 6.
The ending tho has got me interested on how the rest of the season is gonna how it’s going to play out.

S2 Ep5 “Saints Of Imperfection”

Another very good episode in season 2 focusing on finding Tilly & also carrying on the search for Spock. Both of which took unexpected twists & developments in this episode thanks to Section 31 and going to be fascinating what happens in the rest of the series

I spoilt myself for the big surprise by not recognising an actor's name in the title sequence, and looking it up. Silly me - if you've not yet watched the episode, don't do that. I get the feeling that Star Fleet is eventually going to ban contact with the mycelial network due to the damage that is caused to it now that they've established it has sentient inhabitants, in a similar way to the ban on travel at high warp towards the end of TNG.

Ep 6 “The Sound of Thunder” Season 2.

It’s the return for Saru to his home world of Kaminar but it’s not the quite home coming his expecting. All I can say there is twist regarding his people and as for the red angel got a couple theories. A heart felt Ep with a couple revelations.

Season 2 ep6 “The Sound Of Thunder”

An episode which ties into the short treks episode “The Brightest Star” (which I strongly recommend watching on Netflix before watching this ep) which sees Saru go back to his home planet after a signal from The Red Angel appears above it which leads to a big development regarding the red angel & the search for spock

RE: Star Trek Discovery
Two things with the latest episode

1. The Prime Directive didn't just get fucked, it got fucked to death and it's corpse was then sodomised in half. Having been raised on Star Trek I feel somewhat uneasy about just how much the Prime Directive was violated in this episode.

2. I don't care how jumped up the Kelpiens became after the Vahar'ai I can't imagine that big scary ass black motherfucker being prey to anything

Regardless I still really enjoyed the episode and the continuation on the themes of faith, truth and identity. I imagine that identity will become the defining narrative for Dr Culber for the remainder of the season. The problem that I find in many TV shows is that when you create a character or scenario that is surrounded in mystique the reality never quite matches up to the imagination. This is kind of the case here, the Red Angel as a humanoid in a suit is somewhat underwhelming but I always expected that would be the case for the reason I just gave. So I just hope that they continue to tell the story well

If i could find a girl that had the looks of Gal Gadot, breasts of Sophie Mudd with Demi Rose's ass, the personality of Jessica Ennis, the grace of Kendall Jenner on the red carpet and then behind closed doors the raw sexual energy of Nicole Snow i'd know i was dead and gone to heaven, so i'll just take Demi Rose's ass and Nicole's sexual energy

RE: Star Trek Discovery
Ep 7 “Light and Shadows” Season 2.

There’s a two part story arc both of which are linked, the first being the search for Spock and second part without giving away too much all I can say is time. When you see how that plays out it’s big mystery as to West the hell is going on which i found very intriguing and what happens. There’s a twist regarding someone’s past and a reference with the original series. There’s a certain revelation with certain characters past which might piss off some Star Trek fans you’ll spot what it is when it’s revealed.
