found out that this award is not being run by the UKAP thanks to this tweet from UKAP twitter, so think the poster with the user name UKAP awards 2020 should maybe using a different name so there is no confusion,

Exactly. 16 nominees and knockout vote would be very drawn out. Besides, how would that work anyway? When an awards ceremony returns it requires a nominee list to be announced on the night.
