Sorry mofozombie81, but I don't think it's luck, as I sent it three times, with the last two not even receiving a reply, and the fact that anon messages got through ages after mine that were specific to the girls on screen. Not only that, but the girls are obviously told to keep mentioning that BSX is the only interactive text/pic show on the box.

Still, I can always post on the forums, or PM the lady in question, but it's not quite the same really.

I was just thinking, looking at BSXtra with the volume down it looks as if they are taking bets on that board as to who will be leaving next.

If you want to see your text on TV just text in to Chatbox, the dating channel, gay network or gay date tv. They're much cheaper as well.

Golgathor, it does sound like you've had a raw deal. What I meant by luck is that I felt lucky that my text got through and was put onto screen/read out because I do think the producers pick and choose, which isn't exactly fair given the cost but might be necessary if they have loads of texts being sent in at any given moment, plus they do warn you of this. I certainly wouldn't send a text in at the moment because they seem to have really reduced the amount they show due to the focus on the 'send us a pic of your willy' element of the channel. Hopefully they'll tone down on that soon and will put more emphasis on texts, but who knows..... If it helps, the text messages I sent never ended up being read or seen by the person they were aimed for because it took too long for them to actually get on screen (although I did get a nice comment by Daryl) so I can feel your pain **sigh**

Best bet is to anticipate when the person you want to read the text will be on BSXtra and send it as early as poss, but I wouldn't blame you for not bothering.

Yawn, they'll still doing send up pics of your bits for most of xtra, BORING !!!!!!!. I've got fed up of them talking about photos I can't see and devoting most of the show towards that. £3 a picture, great for them, shit for us.
I hope Daryl comes on, only her random banter makes up for it.

Daryl made my night being on Xtra yesterday, that girl is funny as fook, she so needs her own show.
As much as I like seeing some of the reactions to the photos sent in, they do seem to
specialise in photos more than texts, this annoys me as texters have to wait ages whislt they go thru the photos (which are shit loads) for the texts to be read out. By which time you're lucky if the babe who the text was aimed at is still on the couch.
There should be more text involvment like when they did Battlebabes on Partyland, "Daryl's version of battleships". you'd text in coordinates and try to hit one of the girls. This was cool as you were 100% garanteed to get your text thru.

Great texts Mr. Gummidge, Tsurugi and Sooky, really confused them lol

No it wasn't me, it was actually a friend of mine, who probably read my post and decided to text in. I'm the guy who does the artwork for Daryl, she mentioned me a few times on Xtra last night.
