Indigo is a Coluan previously known as Brainiac 8. She was deemed the most dangerous prisoner ever sentenced to Fort Rozz. Brainiac 8 was imprisoned on Fort Rozz for attempted genocide on Krypton when it was trapped in the Phantom Zone. After years of searching, she eventually finds the Kara Zor-El pod. She takes over the pod, causing the young Kryptonian to wake abruptly, and notices a computer console in her dashboard with a logo with three dots in a triangular shape before Fort Rozz's engines activated and both escaped the Phantom Zone.

Elisa Montoya is a notorious criminal looking to control the market of a drug known as "raxxa," which has been spreading at a prep school. She sent her henchman, Diego Ortiz (Lobo Sebastian) to kill an undercover cop posing as a student, and later in the episode, the evil Elisa had Dakota (Cinthya Carmona) kidnapped. However, Dakota had Elisa recorded on her phone, as she stated to her intended victim that she has killed people who steal from her. In the end of the episode, Lee and Carter confront Elisa at her home and play the recording back to her, leading to Elisa being arrested for abduction and murder.
