Now after all this time u come out and say you have not got the bank to get your money back as you are ashamed of buying porn lol no one cares your stuff like that these days, your bank will not give a shit they will just sort it out for you, sorry but if you will not help yourself then why make sure a thing about the money when you clearly are not doing anything about it, I really don't understand you,

Ive outed her to be the lying stealing criminal that she is so that nobody else loses out on their money to her. I was aware before I made my 2nd post I wouldn’t be getting money or a vid out of it. My post was to alert everyone else that she’s not to be trusted. I didn’t Call you stupid and I have hardly launched a personal attack on you. I just stated that you’re continued denial of the screenshot PROOF I’ve provided and sticking up for her and her “side of the story” makes you look a bit like an idiot. As does your response just now tbh. If anyone is carrying a bad look here it’s you unfortunately mate.

Read the facts and the proof and take a minute to think about who you’re defending and the type of person that she clearly is. Like I asked before what proof did she give you that I told her I was under 18 and going to post the vid on the internet?

I'll glady accept my ignorance on this but I'm still confused why a bank would refund his money, how would a bank be liable for this? Surely it's a legal case, like a small claims court, to try force Kiki to pay back the money she owes.

But as it's been touched here, this industry rather relies on punters wishing to remain discreet rather than having to go public to pursue such an action. Hence why some babes (& even the channels) feel confident when scamming customers.

I've already said Joeeeee should just write this off this bad experience & move on, as well as leaving a marker that this babe is a scammer (nothing she said even remotely connects to any ommited DMs). Just think he's a bit upset his word is questioned, which I can understand.

Please keep it civil guys or we'll end up moving and removing more than we need to.
I shouldn't need to step in here, we're all adults, agree to disagree and move on if you can't agree with each other.

If he has payed by card or PayPal then they have teams that go after this sort of thing and I am guessing he did as he says he didn't want to talk to his bank,
I also agree that it's time to move on its not really going anywhere with all this now, he's got it out there which is what he wanted

Just shows that you're involving yourself in something that you haven't even read about properly. In the screenshot of the messages he provided you can clearly see he transferred money to her bank account. You're not in the real world if you think banks can just go round taking back money whenever someone tells them they want it back. This would have to be dealt with in a different way, i imagine a solicitor would be involved, possibly a court date if they can make a strong enough argument that this was a complete verbal contract. It would cost more than 100 quid to fight. I can see it now.. "your honour there's a girl on twitter with a fake name called kiki who took 100 quid and said she would send me a video but she didn't, can you get me my money back?"... "Yes no problem Joe, leave it with me"

This is all getting a bit stupidly out of hand and the purpose is getting slightly swamped in the argument. I commented on here to say that Kiki had done exactly the same thing to me as Joeeeeee. All the rest aside, at least the fact that multiple people have said it should be sufficient as a red flag. Wherever that comment was you'd have to scroll back through an awful lot of unnecessary posts to get to it. Not everyone would read this regularly, and it should stand simply as a warning to others not to part with any money when it comes to her because she is at best disorganised, lazy and condescending, or at worst outright deceitful and thieving. She was rude to me in response and she was obviously to Joeeeeee as well. Either way don't give her any money, and don't sponsor the lifestyle she feels she is entitled to without treating the people paying for it with any respect. Can we please leave it at that?

I think i'll start flogging non-existent videos after looking at that photo above.
