I guess the other girls will be very happy to know that they will have less and less solo air time. Congratulations Kerrie,you made the right choice.

Kandi hasn't been well which is why she hasn't been on s66 yet this week and Sophia only usually does 1-2 nightshows a week so nothing unusual there with Sophia. yes s66 change the schedules, but a good amount of the time, the babes themselves change their own shows because of illness or other commitments changing

Oh Come on Rammy if the amount of changes to the schedule was down to illness then the studios should be condemmed as a flaming health hazard.

Why doesnt BS have the same problem they have more girls therefore should have more cancellations and illness's you know why because girls are given there dates weeks in advance and unless theres a really good reason ie very ill they are not allowed to change and swop shifts

maybe its S66 attitudes it has to its girls letting them change the shifts whenever they feel like it some girls would work even if they had beubonic plague where others would call off sick if they broke one of there fake fingernails because they know someone else will pick up the peices

To be fair must piss some girls off how can they lead a normal life away from tv or plan anything if they are constantly waiting to be called in at short notice because some diva cant be arsed working

I wasn't saying all shift changes at s66 are down to illness. Was saying why Kandi & Sophia haven't been on s66 nights much recently & a good amount of the time the babes themselves change their shifts for various reasons including illness.

Agree s66 shouldn't let babes change their shifts whenever they feel like it and not piss off those babes who can't plan things because they maybe needed by s66 to come in as cover. The s66 babes should only be allowed to change a shift when they have a very good reason

obviously we had a misunderstanding, regarding Sophia Lares, maybe that part of my last post was a little hermetic; i know that Sophia usually does 1-2 nightshows a week, but the point is: this week she has just a night shift: why not a solo stint? All girls who can't share the screen, because of specific contractual terms.

That's what really bothers me: They created an unfair system, under which the privileges of some of the ladies aren’t rewards for their performance, but a gift, based on a contract, perhaps a price to pay in order to convince these girls to work here.
I don't want to digress too much, but usually in private companies (but even in the public service, at least in certain countries!), the privileges enjoyed by some employees are linked to the results of their performance … This way you can create a competition: I mean, what kind of stimulus could have Lola Knight (just for instance) for improve her performance, if she knows that some girls will always be solo, regardless of the quality of their shows? This is the best way to discourage competition, create discontent, and consequently worsen the quality of the services (in this case, the shows) you offer.
Things would be different if, for instance, the number of solo shift of a performer is linked to her call stats, referred to a certain span of time. So if Lucy's call stats of the last 4 or 6 weeks are outstanding, she's entitled to a certain number of solo shifts.
Again, it’s just a matter of fairness...I know that they don't give a damn about me, my choices and my opinions, and this is completely normal from an economic point of view, but as long as this situation doesn't change, I'll watch this channel less and less.

^ You are spot on Manuel. What these established performers have done here is used their past performances (sometimes at other channels and often from a good time past) to create an advantage for themselves in the present day. Now that is perfectly acceptable and happens in any number of spheres but in signing these babes 66 have had to accept they are actually causing issues for their new talent to break through and also creating reasons (the problems you point out) to walk away to a competitor.

This may be the reason 66 seems to bend over backwards to placate their babes in other ways. They are trying to make the best of the difficult situation which they find themselves in in terms of recruitment in other words. 66 think this balancing act is the best way forward. I shouldn't think they have many good alternatives given the 'tight ship' they are apparently trying to run.
