Hi BB, the video is a recording of the Freeview show. I've only got Sky digital (not Sky+) so can't record the Sky shows, instead I record the Freeview shows on my PVR. Although I've now deleted my recording, I think the flash is at about 14mins into the show. It was only very brief, in fact I had great difficulty trying to pause the video at the correct time in order to take the snapshot. For some reason it seems to take a couple of seconds for the pause button to work on my VLC player!

Its like that with VLC player (on Windows and linux)
I usually use VLC, but sometimes use a different player such as Mplayer if I need to take a precise screenshot. Mplayer is available for windows and linux.

I was just checking my megaupload account and came across this video of Camilla on Freeview Babestation in May this year. It was not downloaded many times and I notice it has now automatically been converted to an embedable video. I don't think this was available as an option for some time after I uploaded it. I switched to using rapidshare shortly after uploading this and had not been back to the account until last week.
