RE: 29000 Members and Counting
Very impressive.
I reckon we had the majority of new members registering - when Babestation Xtreme launched, (especially with all the ridiculous hype and build up it got) - needless to say i bet most of them were very disappointed with the result.
However a great achievement, it just goes to show you how this forum just keeps growing and growing, and at such a quick rate!

RE: 29000 Members and Counting
But do you ever get the feeling that this place is perhaps just a dozen or so people......just everyone else has so many multiple accounts that it appears that there are 30,000+ members

30,000 is pretty good but we have a long way to go to catch up with our main competitor mumsnet with 850,000
"Mumsnet forced to censor 'pornographic' messages posted by mothers
It was designed to be a place for mothers to swap tips on topics such as toddler tantrums and children's allergies. But the founders of Mumsnet are facing a rather delicate problem after their well-educated members began using the parenting website to exchange information on rather spicier activities.
Justine Roberts and Carrie Longton have been forced to delete dozens of highly explicit messages posted on the discussion boards after they were deemed pornographic.
Online chat about bedroom antics peaks on Friday nights, with mothers asking each other for tips on raunchy activities 'for the weekend'. Regular users have been shocked by some of the exchanges, with some announcing that they are quitting in disgust.
But the smutty Friday night discussion boards threaten to tarnish the wholesome image of Mumsnet, which has around 850,000 users. One member revealed that her other half likes to make pirate noises during sex.
She said: 'Recently he has begun to put on a strange voice during sex – for example "Arr, matey". The other one is "Arr, the ship's a-dockin'" and "My lighthouse is tingling". 'He is not a sailor by the way, and has no connection to seafaring folk.
'Just wondering if I can say how uncomfortable this is making me feel. It's just weird, but it seems to be turning him on.' One contributor suggested that the woman should offer to perform a 'fantastic' sex act on her partner on condition that he then ceased being a pirate.
The saucy conversations are attracting a growing male audience. Some cannot resist participating in the chat, posting their own tips and appealing for advice on how to please their wives."
