If I saw Hannah or one of the other babe show girls out in a club (maybe elsewhere, but most likely in a club) I'd have to go up and at least say hi. I probably wouldn't bother trying to chat them up as there's a 99.99% chance I wouldn't even get a look in but I'd have to say hi, it's not everyday you see a stunning girl from a babeshow in a club.

Why not Scotsman? Theres always a chance mate. If I saw say... Lori for example () There is no way I'd pass up the opportunity to chat her up. I wouldn't mention the channels though.
