The benefit system probably would be fairer IF people stopped cheating it. It's scum like this that just make it twice as hard for those genuine claimers. However, because she has a pretty face, well, I guess it's okay for her to do what she did.

ouch doesnt look good for lori. as much as i like lori, she will hopefully get a punishment that fits this crime. hopefully just a fine and community service

agree aston. she's gone well down in my estimation too. claiming money your not entitled to is wrong and as ive said before hope lori gets a decent sentence

Not very prudent to suggest the trial was corrupt prior to sentencing...

Anyway, didn't she plead guilty and tell the judge "I am very sorry. It will never happen again.
"I am so remorseful. I will do anything I have to put this right."
