RE: Ofcom and non-EPG 'other channels'

But Murdoch could get Ofcom disbanded at the drop of a hat, with a quick word in a particular politican's ear, so I can't see Ofcom taking him on directly - they wouldn't stand a chance.
Murdoc is the twat that got all of the free to air porn taken off 19 degees Astra...!3 degrees Hotbird etc.because the organisation thought that anything that was free to air would interfere with there encrypted channels.
Just like here in Britain,Sky is the Giant of the channels so what they say goes.
Unlike here in Britain ,Sky In Europe puts on real and proper porn for a lot less than we would pay for the second class fucking censored stuff that our Government calls PORN !
Check it out on Google and see what you would get for the equivilant of £60.00 for a full year of Dorcel proper porn, compared to over £200.00 for the dribble on `say the Adult/Playboy channel here in Britain.
I hope at least I could open just one persons eyes` to what I am talking about, otherwise I may as well shut my mouth and keep my opinions to myself

RE: Ofcom and non-EPG 'other channels'
Somehow in some way something is happening to the context of my post,
It is being censored and I do not like it,
If I choose to swear on an adult forum, then let that be,
If you do not like[moderators]what I write then let that be.
I am a man of 59 years and I will say what the fuck I want and if this forum does not allow that, then it is not a proper and free forum and I will go elseware to upload my opinions!

I don't see why SKY can't do it how Xtreme does it, with us being able to push one of the colored buttons, and put our credit card info in, as it would be no different. Am I crazy to think this?
Just to clarify, BS Xtreme is not paid for by credit card.
One nights viewing is paid for by a £5 charge on your mobile phone, which you use to obtain the 6 digit PIN, valid for that night only.
There is a check made that the phone is registered to someone over 18.
EDIT : Correction, I pressed the red button last night to check, after something Tiffany said.
It now looks as if there is a payment by credit card option available.

Well seeing how most people under the age of 18 have mobile phones, they could easily watch Xtreme at night. Interesting info.

No they can't , like "The Watcher" says checks are made to see if your phone is registered to someone over 18 , you have to have your phone adult verified before you can receive pin numbers from BSXtreme , you have to provide proof to your network provider by either giving them you credit card details so that they can verify your age (debit cards are not accepted) or by going directly into one of the network providers stores with proof of your age to have your phone adult verified/ unlocked , at least that is what i had to do with my network (Vodafone) , of course under 18s could always buy a second hand phone that had already been adult verified by some one else or bribe a adult to do it for them .
Life is short . Break the rules, Forgive quickly, Kiss slowly, Love truly, Laugh uncontrollably, and never regret anything that made you smile .

I sympathise, NPoM. This place has got better, but I've fallen victim to mysterious 'edits' on may ocassion, and it's very annoying - especially when they don't have the decency to drop you a PM (or include in the edited post) why it was changed.

Firtly you need the frequency details for channels being brodcast on Astra 28.2 degrees (available from sites such as THIS)
Then you need to hit 'services' on your Sky remote, then 'add channels' and input the frequency details.
It's not worth it, though, as there's nothing out there worth tuning in.
